- CHOOSE YOUR CLASS CAREFULLY. There are no refunds for choosing the wrong class. If you need a Basic Life Support (BLS) class, do NOT choose the Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED basic class.
- BRING VERIFICATION OF YOUR ONLINE SESSION COMPLETION. For American Red Cross Blended Learning classes, you must complete the online session prior to the in-person session with the instructor. The form of verification is the course completion certificate/letter provided to you by Red Cross.
- LATE POLICY: You cannot be admitted late to a class regardless of the reason. Red Cross policy.
- CLASS CANCELLATION: We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollments which is rare. If your class is cancelled by us, you will be entitled to transfer to another class at no charge or receive a full refund.
EMPLOYERS: When you are enrolling staff in our classes, please use a unique email address for each staff member you are enrolling. Also, use a personal email account rather than a business account and a non-business phone number.
